This 7-week challenge is an opportunity for you to grow. It is a time to focus and reevaluate how you treat your mind body and spirit. You can do it all -and we are here to help. The first week is the most important as it will involve taking time to:
1) See what you need to reduce and increase in your consumption
2) Figuring out your ideal physical body and spiritual state
3) Being thankful for your nourishment and learning how to build a balanced meal
4) Learning good snacks and ways to meal prep/ organize your eating
5) Slow incorporating more exercise and maintaining a consistent schedule that is ideal for you
6) Organize and schedule your meals and workouts to regenerate your body
7) Learn ways to rest and recover more efficiently.
The overall vision of the 7 week regenerate is to make an enermous shift in the health of individuals. We have a vision to return people to natural foods, better mental state, and consistent exercise.

What will I need for the challenge / program ?
The program will be teaching you a method for healthy eating and will be supporting a consistent workout schedule. The workouts will all be cardio based so no equipment is necessary as walking jogging or running can all be an option. However, if you favorite form of cardio is biking, elliptical, stairs then you will need access to that equipment ( you chose the cardio base )
